Our client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master with strong Agile Delivery Project Management capabilities to support complex technology initiatives across financial services, AI, and machine learning. This hybrid role blends hands‑on Scrum leadership with end‑to‑end delivery ownership in a large, fast‑paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience in FinTech or Banking, understands AI/ML delivery cycles, and can confidently guide cross‑functional teams while communicating with senior stakeholders.

Contract Duration: 6 months | W2

Requirements:

• Support Agile transformation efforts and coach teams on Agile principles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
• Remove impediments and shield teams from distractions to maintain sprint focus.
• Lead and coach cross‑functional Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum and Agile best practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to define scope, refine backlogs, and maintain clear priorities.
• Drive delivery of AI/ML and financial‑technology initiatives across medium‑to‑large enterprise environments.
• Translate high‑level business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and team performance metrics; implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps to manage workflows, documentation, and reporting.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to support requirements elicitation, story creation, and refinement.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to lead meetings independently and drive decision‑making.
• 5–9 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Proven experience delivering projects in Banking, FinTech, or Insurance.
• Experience managing IT delivery in medium‑to‑large enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on delivery experience with AI/ML initiatives (conceptual understanding required, no coding)
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile transformation practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and Big Data concepts (Spark, Hadoop)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience mentoring Agile teams or supporting Agile Centers of Excellence.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
