Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support trade shows and marketing events for a fast‑paced, high‑growth organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in event logistics, enjoys owning projects end‑to‑end, and excels at keeping details organized while collaborating across teams.
You'll manage assigned trade shows from planning through post‑event reporting, ensuring smooth execution, strong brand representation, and measurable event outcomes.

Contract Duration: 6 months | W2
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Location: Draper, UT (Local candidates only)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM MT (30 hours/week)
Travel: ~10% domestic travel
Requirements:
- Track, measure, and report event metrics and performance indicators.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows and onsite activities.
- Own assigned trade shows from pre‑planning through post‑show follow‑up.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end event logistics, including timelines, vendor communication, shipping, booth setup, and teardown.
- Manage trade show inventory and booth assets, ensuring accurate tracking and condition management.
- Support pre‑show and post‑show marketing activities, including lead capture and follow‑up workflows.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure event success.
- Perform administrative and project‑support tasks to help the events team meet goals.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Ability to lift and move event materials as needed.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and/or Asana.
- Ability to work onsite in Draper, UT at least 2 days per week.
- Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
- 1–3 years of hands‑on trade show or event marketing experience.
- Ability to travel approximately once per month for domestic events.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
- Experience managing event logistics, booth setup/teardown, and vendor coordination.
- All education levels will be considered; equivalent practical experience is fully acceptable.
