Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Grant Development Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the full lifecycle of grant submissions. This role does not involve primary grant writing; instead, it provides leadership, direction, and oversight to a team of internal and external grant writers. The ideal candidate understands how government‑facing proposals must be structured, what high‑quality grant writers should produce, and how to guide the creative and narrative process to ensure compelling, compliant submissions.

This position requires someone who can manage multiple contributors, maintain strong project controls, and ensure all proposal components meet government expectations. Experience working with organizations that apply for government funding is essential. Hands‑on experience with NetSuite is required to support budgeting, reporting, and coordination with Finance.
