Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Sales Account Manager to support business development efforts and maintain relationships with lending institutions and related partners.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines account management, client relationship building, and business development experience with knowledge of insurance, lending operations, and title-related processes.

Work Schedule: 1st Shift
Compensation: $55k annually + bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Track customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Assist with reporting, pipeline management, and account activity tracking.
- Coordinate activities related to lending insurance and title-related services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions and industry partners.
- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage existing client accounts while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships that contribute to business growth.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience working directly with lending institutions.
- Knowledge of lending insurance products and processes.
- Minimum of 2 years of account management experience.
- Experience supporting title-related transactions or documentation.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within insurance, lending, financial services, or a related industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Additional insurance industry experience.
- Business development or sales experience.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems.
- Commercial real estate, mortgage, title, or financial services background.
