Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Construction Service Manager to oversee daily operations of the service department, managing technicians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high‑quality post‑installation service for residential pool systems. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers after installation and ensures all service work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.
  • Maintain inventory of service materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new technicians.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Plan daily and weekly service routes to ensure timely job completion.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field technicians.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service needs, timelines, and follow‑up work.
  • Lead, schedule, and supervise service technicians handling pool covers, filters, maintenance, and post‑installation services.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a physical, fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction trades, facilities, mechanical, or related hands‑on field.
  • All education levels will be considered; equivalent practical experience is fully acceptable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior leadership, crew management, or field supervision experience.
  • Experience in pool construction, pool equipment, or mechanical service environments.
