Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Executive with deep experience selling professional staffing solutions to mid‑market and enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a true hunter someone who thrives on new business acquisition, complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers across Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP programs, and Contingent Workforce leadership.
You will play a key role in expanding our national footprint by selling Direct Hire, Contingent Staffing, and an innovative MSP‑style service model to customers across the U.S. If you excel at opening doors, navigating enterprise buying processes, and closing new logos, this is the opportunity for you.

Requirements:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall market expansion.
- Prospect and acquire new mid‑market and enterprise clients (including Fortune 1000 organizations)
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through onboarding and handoff.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TA leaders, Procurement, MSP partners, and CW program owners.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences (2–3 times per year)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Qualifications/Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must reside in the United States.
- Ability to travel for industry events (2–3 times per year)
- Proven track record of new client acquisition in the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, or similar)
- Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders)
- Established relationships with decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, or related domains.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Zoom, CRM platforms (Dynamics preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations.
- Familiarity with MSP, VMS, and enterprise staffing models.
- Strong consultative selling approach and ability to articulate value in competitive markets.
