Our client is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join its multidisciplinary therapy team. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic, post‑surgical, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment. While the primary setting is outpatient, the therapist may occasionally support inpatient therapy needs based on patient volume.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | Variable start times between 7:00AM–6:00PM | No Holidays

Requirements:

• Maintain a safe, supportive treatment environment.
• Provide cross‑coverage in inpatient settings as needed.
• Document accurately and in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions to improve mobility, strength, pain management, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and long‑term wellness.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and medical staff to support coordinated care.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state of practice.

Preferred Skill:

• Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings.
