Our client is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst III to focus on building and supporting enterprise Business Intelligence solutions, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines in a hybrid cloud environment. You'll work with large datasets, optimize BI infrastructure, and collaborate with business teams to improve reporting, analytics, and data availability.

Contract Duration: 6 months | W2

Requirements:

• Provide guidance and training to citizen developers as needed.
• Build and support ETL pipelines using SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
• Optimize SQL/Synapse workloads and support hybrid cloud data environments.
• Support production environments and manage changes across the BI ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain BI solutions, data warehouses, and multi‑dimensional models (star schema, OLAP/cubes)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across BI tools, ETL jobs, and reporting environments.
• Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and enhance existing solutions.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and job orchestration.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards, reports, and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of OLAP/cube design and multi‑dimensional modeling.
• 7+ years of experience in BI development, data warehousing, or data engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Synapse or similar cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, business, or related field preferred (accept equivalent professional experience substituting formal degree)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Oil & Energy or industrial environments.
• Experience with Azure analytics tools (Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory)
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or Azure Data Fundamentals certification.
