Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Finance Business Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives across process redesign, systems optimization, and organizational changes. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership to modernize workflows, improve data integrity, and support the rollout and adoption of Oracle solutions.

Location: Renton, WA | Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite

Requirements:

  • Monitor transformation KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Lead end‑to‑end Finance transformation initiatives across processes, systems, and organizational change.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to assess current‑state processes and design future‑state workflows.
  • Drive Oracle (Cloud or EBS) optimization, enhancements, and adoption across the Finance organization.
  • Serve as Transformation Project Manager, overseeing timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and execute Change Management plans, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Support Finance leadership in navigating organizational change and building a scalable operating model.
  • Translate business needs into system requirements and partner with technical teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

  • Strong experience with Oracle (Cloud ERP preferred; EBS acceptable)
  • Proven background in Change Management (Prosci/ADKAR a plus)
  • Experience leading cross‑functional transformation initiatives in Finance.
  • Strong project management skills (PMP or Agile certification preferred)
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive adoption in a changing environment.
  • 7+ years in Finance Transformation, Business Transformation, or Finance PM roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field required, Master's degree (MBA or similar) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Healthcare or nonprofit experience.
  • Experience with data governance or reporting transformation.
  • Experience in process redesign, shared services, or finance modernization.
