Our client is seeking an experienced Implementation Supervisor II to lead mid‑ to large‑scale migration and deployment projects across multiple sites, products, and services. This role supports the Helix Migration Program, ensuring smooth, coordinated, and successful end‑to‑end solution migrations for enterprise customers.

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, communication workflows, UAT coordination, reporting, and post‑implementation audits. This position requires strong business‑side project management expertise, the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and comfort working in fast‑paced, structured environments.

Requirements:

Project Leadership & Execution

• Support weekend and extended‑hour activities during migration windows.
• Lead mid‑ to large‑scale migration and implementation projects across single and multi‑site environments.
• Develop and manage implementation models, including deployment plans, schedules, communication workflows, and UAT coordination.
• Oversee project phases from planning through go‑live and post‑implementation review.
• Conduct project status meetings, track action items, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Manage and guide cross‑functional implementation teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Partner closely with Program Managers and internal stakeholders to maintain project visibility and progress.
• Facilitate daily status meetings (Zoom) and maintain consistent communication with internal and external teams.

Technical & Migration Support

• Support onsite migration activities, including travel to customer locations as needed.
• Analyze customer migration requirements and ensure solutions align with operational and technical needs.
• Understand and communicate technical requirements related to software implementations, IT services, and migration processes (business‑side focus)

Reporting & Governance

• Maintain project documentation, templates, and reporting dashboards.
• Provide weekly reporting, lessons learned, and post‑implementation audit summaries.
• Track project success using project management tools and standardized methodologies.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

• Active PMP certification (required)
• Proficiency with collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Ability to travel domestically; occasional travel to Canada may be required.
• Business‑side project management focus (not a technical engineering PM)
• Ability to support weekend go‑lives and extended hours during migration periods.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and cross‑functional teams.
• Local to Louisville, KY and able to work onsite daily (30‑minute commute preferred)
• 10+ years managing mid‑ to large‑scale migration, implementation, or multi‑site deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Technical fluency in migration processes, software implementation concepts, or IT service delivery.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or enterprise operational environments.
• Background supporting multi‑site deployments or large‑scale customer migrations.
• Experience working in medium to large enterprise environments with structured project governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
