Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Staff Recruiter to support high‑priority hiring across Go‑To‑Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) functions. This role requires a strategic, data‑driven recruiter who can own the full lifecycle process from intake through offer close while building strong partnerships with hiring managers.

You will drive outbound sourcing, manage a high‑volume requisition load, and use recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes.

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Contract Duration: 6 months | W2

Location: Draper, UT (Local candidates will only be considered)

Requirements:

  • Own end‑to‑end full‑cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and corporate functions.
  • Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies to engage passive talent in competitive markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring profiles, and interview processes.
  • Manage requisitions, pipelines, and workflows within the ATS (Greenhouse or similar)
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, pass‑through rates, pipeline health) to guide decisions and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Lead recruiting projects and process improvements that enhance candidate experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive the offer process, including compensation discussions, offer extension, and closing candidates.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide strategic hiring recommendations.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Experience with Greenhouse or another modern ATS.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (active, hands‑on usage required)
  • Ability to work onsite in Draper, UT three days per week (Mon/Tue/Thu)
  • 6+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, owning the process from sourcing through offer close.
  • Direct GTM and/or G&A recruiting experience (Sales, Marketing, CX, or corporate roles)
  • Hands‑on outbound sourcing experience — must have personally sourced passive candidates.
  • Experience managing 12–15 requisitions simultaneously or comparable high‑volume workloads.
  • Strong ability to use recruiting data to drive decisions and optimize hiring strategies.
