Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives across process redesign, systems optimization, and organizational changes. This role partners closely with Finance leadership to modernize workflows, improve data integrity, and drive the successful rollout and adoption of Oracle ERP solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Finance Transformation & Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end Finance transformation initiatives spanning processes, systems, and organizational change.
  • Act as a hands-on leader, balancing strategic planning with execution and delivery.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to design a scalable, future-state operating model.

Oracle ERP Optimization

  • Drive Oracle ERP (Cloud preferred; EBS acceptable) optimization, enhancements, and user adoption across the Finance organization.
  • Translate business needs into system requirements and partner with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement of financial systems, workflows, and reporting capabilities.

Project & Change Management

  • Serve as Transformation Project Manager, overseeing timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and execute Change Management plans, including communications, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Monitor transformation KPIs and report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to assess current-state processes and design future-state workflows.
  • Support Finance leaders through organizational change, adoption challenges, and building capability.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

  • Strong experience with Oracle ERP (Cloud ERP preferred; EBS acceptable)
  • 7+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance PMO, or enterprise system modernization roles.
  • Proven background leading cross-functional transformation initiatives within Finance.
  • Demonstrated Change Management experience (Prosci/ADKAR strongly preferred)
  • Strong project management skills (PMP or Agile certification preferred)
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive adoption in evolving environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • Master's degree (MBA or similar) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Healthcare or nonprofit industry experience.
  • Experience with data governance, reporting transformation, or finance analytics modernization.
  • Background in shared services, process redesign, or large-scale finance modernization initiatives.
