Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Advisor to support enterprise‑level Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and enhances brand visibility through strategic public relations, executive‑level writing, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate blends storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination to promote CSR programs in alignment with organizational goals.

Location: Melville, NY (Hybrid: Onsite Mon–Wed)
Contract Duration: 6 months | 35 Hours Week | W2
Travel: Required for corporate events
Overtime: May be required
Requirements:
CSR, PR & Brand Communications
- Support press interviews, trade shows, and media‑driven events.
- Research and vet charitable organizations for alignment with corporate values.
- Promote CSR initiatives through PR, social media, and brand‑aligned messaging.
Executive‑Level Writing & Content Development
- Write, edit, and proofread polished, executive‑ready communications.
- Prepare agendas, talking points, and research briefs for leadership.
- Develop content for internal and external audiences across multiple platforms.
Social Media & PR Strategy Execution
- Amplify CSR initiatives and increase visibility of corporate programs.
- Analyze media coverage and provide insights and recommendations.
- Support the development and execution of social media and PR strategies.
Event & Program Management
- Maintain a corporate calendar for CSR and public‑facing activities.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate conferences, corporate events, and showroom or facility tours.
Qualifications/Must-Haves:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Self‑starter with a sales‑oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- 7+ years of experience in CSR communications, PR, social media, or brand communications.
- Experience managing corporate events, trade shows, or press engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
